One Month Prior to Check-In: Guests may cancel their reservation up to one month before the check-in date without incurring any cancellation fees.

Two Weeks Prior to Check-In: For cancellations made two weeks prior to the check-in date, a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. This fee is necessary as we may have foregone other potential bookings to reserve the unit exclusively for your use.

One Week Prior to Check-In: Cancellations made one week before the check-in date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the total booking amount. This fee reflects the commitment we have made in reserving the unit for you, foregoing other potential bookings.

2. Refund Process:

Refunds for eligible cancellations will be promptly processed within 3 business days from the date of cancellation.

3. Reservation Modifications:

Guests may modify their reservation dates, subject to availability, without incurring any additional charges up to 10 days before the check-in date. Once the reservation confirmation document has been issued, alterations to the reservation will not be accommodated.

4. No-Show Policy:

In the event of a no-show, where a guest does not arrive for the reservation without prior cancellation, the total booking amount will be charged as a no-show fee.

5. Unforeseen Circumstances:

In circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government regulations, or other unforeseen events, Bekhan Homes reserves the right to modify or cancel reservations without prior notice. In such cases, alternative accommodations will be provided.
