We’re happy to host you and want to ensure you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. These terms help create a safe and pleasant experience for all guests.
1. Booking & Payment
- Booking is only confirmed upon monetary commitments.
- Prices are subject to change, but confirmed bookings remain at the agreed rate.
- Any additional services requested may incur extra charges.
- Damages, Breakages or Soiled Bedding during the client’s stay will be charged.
2. Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in time: From 12:00 PM (early check-in available if the unit is ready before then).
- Check-out time: By 10:00 AM to allow for cleaning before the next guest.
- Late check-out may be available subject to availability and at an additional fee.
3. Occupancy
- Only the number of guests specified in the booking is allowed to stay in the unit unless stated otherwise.
- Additional guests must be approved in advance, and extra charges may apply.
- Unauthorized guests may result in cancellation of the stay without a refund.
4. House Rules
- Treat the home with care and respect while observing the rules of the house.
- No smoking inside the unit (designated smoking areas may be available).
- Maintain reasonable noise and music levels to respect other guests and neighbors.
5. Parties & Gatherings
- Parties and gatherings are only allowed in specific units and must be approved in advance.
- Unauthorized parties or gatherings may result in immediate cancellation of the stay without a refund.
- Guests are responsible for ensuring the event does not cause disturbances or damages.
6. Illegal Substances & Activities
- The use, possession, or distribution of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.
- Engaging in any unlawful activity within the property is not allowed.
- Violation of this policy will result in immediate cancellation of the stay without a refund and may be reported to the authorities.
7. Safety & Security
- Keep your valuables secure; Bekhan Homes is not liable for lost or stolen items.
- Lock the doors and windows when leaving the unit.
- Any damages beyond normal wear and tear may be charged to the guest.

- Refunds, if applicable, are processed according to the stated cancellation policy.
9. Cleaning & Maintenance
- Guests are expected to maintain basic cleanliness during their stay.
- Daily housekeeping is not included unless stated otherwise.
